Larimer County’s Drop N’ Swap (or, as we call it, the Free Paint Store) is one of our favorite local resources. The county takes usable paint, cleaners, and other household supplies that would otherwise need disposal and puts them back on the shelf for anyone to take for free. It saves money, keeps perfectly good materials out of the waste stream, and gives leftover supplies a second life.
